fun, chill place to workout. both coaches ive worked with so far have a lot of experience so are knowledgeable and helpful with adjustments if needed. I've been coming here for a couple months and watching the facilities and equipment constantly improve is awesome too.
Inclusive, GAY FRIENDLY, motivational, worthy, and so much more! I felt scared to come at first, and having not been to CrossFit in so long, it was intimidating. However, once we walked in, people introduced themselves and showed interest in us. They were immediately friendly and calmed my nerves. At first, I thought the guy who introduced himself was the coach. But come to find out everyone, even after, was friendly. Now it’s like a second home! I love it!! Dez, Maggie, and of course Jordan make it all worth it! Love this gym!!!Also, to the people who see the one star reviews, it’s new ownership and definitely WELCOMING!
