I started training here a few months ago after a scare from my doctor about suffering from metabolic syndrome- pre diabetic, high BP, high triglycerides, and low HDL. At 64 I also felt I was losing strength and muscle mass. The training from Alejandro to Jordan and occasionally from David and Brian have progressively improved my key parameters - normal A1C, progressive strength improvement, normal BP, significant weight loss, and overall feeling good. RESET is focused on you and for me I can’t imagine doing this on my own! Jordan, thank you for bringing the community together in good health!
