I would recommend heart wise hypnotherapy to anyone who’s really struggling with resolving a pattern that’s affecting their everyday life. I felt supported from the very beginning of working with them, and had some very strong phobias that I was afraid would not resolve. The hypnotherapy was very gentle and relaxing, a true gift to my nervous system. Not only that but it was very powerful, I resolved my extreme phobias by about 80%. My life is completely different as a result from it. All in about 6 weeks. I can’t recommend them enough!
