I've been using Hearts Pest Management for over 2 years now. They've always been reliable, friendly, and professional. I know it wasn't easy during covid with staff shortages, illnesses, and covid restrictions, but they never missed an appointment, even if it required them sending a technician from Orange County down to San Diego County. They also stand behind their work. If any issues arose between visits, they wouldn't hesitate in sending someone out for an interim service (luckily, this was rare in my case).

We've been using them for a couple years when we had a huge ant problem in our home. As soon as they came out, the ants completely stopped! nothing short of a miracle. They're very knowledgeable and entertained any question I have. They're very understanding when I need to reschedule or ask them to come sooner. We only have them come out quarterly and haven't had a single bug issue since we began their service. They're affordable and do their job very well.

We had Ants all over and need Help ASAP Kaylie helped get a service man to are house same day! we were very impressed with David And his training personal . no more Ants! Great Job!
