I got my hair done about a week ago and it was washed and styled so it took a few days for my to notice the damage but my hair is a mess. Chopped off in the wrong places, I got layers when I specifically said I did not want them. It’s uneven on the sides. Marbella took close to 6 inches off toward the front. It’s going to take years to get back what I had. I’m so disgusted with the work. I take really good care of my hair and it was down to my waist, now some of it is barely past my shoulders. Should report her to the board.
