I usually groom my cat at home because she hates unfamiliar places, but her fur became too matted for me to manage safely. The staff handled her very gently and didn’t make me feel guilty about waiting too long to book professional grooming. They removed the mats without shaving huge bald sections, which honestly surprised me. She was definitely annoyed afterward, but much calmer than expected. By the next morning she already seemed more comfortable moving around the house again.
My first experience and they did not disappoint. Angie and team did such a great job with my big baby boy Linc. Patient with me as a new customer and took time to explain everything. Will be booking again. We found our new grooming home☺️

Groomer19 is a family-owned business with sweet staff that treat your pet like they are royalty. This weekend is my dog's birthday and he is about to get pampered before his big day!
