This is necessarily about the quality of work this company does, but I just had a lovely event with one of our technicians on the I 63 south during rush-hour traffic he would not allow anyone to merge on and he was being a douche bag Someone’s gonna be a douche bag on the road they’re gonna be a douche bag in their business, their family, their church and the community.
I’m a professional delivery person and I understand customer service and being a decent person. This guy was just as I said a douche bag.

They came to my job site and stole a phone from me I left it on top of my truck for 10 minutes and it was gone tracked it to their yard Called and Daniel answered the call he claimed he couldn’t tell who was on the job site because they have hundreds of trucks I’m guessing they don’t do any background check because he never defended or argued over the accusation like they’re used to get this calls Be aware that they are thieves and they don’t care

Cory K. came out to our office to work on some ongoing issues with a Gree minisplit. He was super professional, willing to answer our many questions, and was able to fix (for the most part) all of our issues with the unit. He was great to have on-site, worked diligently, yet carried meaningful conversation when asked. I have had others from GSDAC on site as well, I did not get their names, they all were great, but I especially wanted to highlight Cory. Thanks again!
