Can't say enough nice things about this place. I probably hate taking my cat in more than she hates going... I guess I'm a worrier. Every vet tech and employee I've spoken to has been super empathetic, understanding, and calming. When I brought my cat in for a surgery today, a technician (Sue) came out to my car. I brought the cat in first thing in the morning, so after a few hours, I got a call from Sue just to let me know that they had an emergency case and had not done my cat's surgery (as it wasn't urgent). Best vet! I've been coming here for a little over a year now. I love Dr Sorenson. She is great at explaining things and always very thorough. I never feel rushed here either which was a complaint of my in the past at other vets. Dr Sorenson and the staff here go above and beyond to help your pet. I like that there are a few vets here as well so if I need to come in on a day Dr Sorenson isn't here there is always a good vet we can see and because there are multiple vets here they all can talk among each other to come up with solutions. This is long overdue... I followed Dr Allen to Governor from his previous clinic for my pug. I will forever be grateful for the amount of care, attention, and time he spent with me and my pug in his final days. He was never too busy. He fit us in his busy schedule, he spoke with me on the phone when needed, he listened patiently and responded with care. He is clearly very knowledgeable and always put me at ease in the hardest times. Our visits never felt rushed, he took as much time as we needed and answered every question. Thank you Dr Allen! And I will add the the front desk staff were amazing during this difficult time as well.
