Excellent services and customer service! Got two bags of IV fluids with vitamins to help me rehydrate after being ill and my nurse was exceptionally kind and I could tell she was concerned with me being as comfortable as possible. The owner seemed like a very good dude as well and it seems like he cares about making people feel better. Can’t recommend this place enough and I will 100% be going back.

Great spot came here looking for a new local red light sauna & ended up using whole body cryo & other services. Matt is super cool and the staff is always knowledgable & helpful. I advise coming in and checking it out!

Whole body cryotherapy has been a lifesaver for me personally. It helps me with my PTSD, especially when I have inflammation in my entire body from the stress. It has also helped me with my breathing, mental alertness, overall well-being. I recommend doing this regularly to get the best results. A bonus is that helps tighten skin. I can't say enough about how much this has done for my health.
