Front desk lady's personality is as sterile and as cold as the tools, lol! She always had such a stank expression on her face that you just have to laugh, or feel sorry for how depressed she must be. Dr is very sweet but rushed and doesn't take notes so you have to remind her of the treatment each time. She also fought with me on certain cosmetic treatments because the moles I wanted removed were "cute." As someone with body dysmorphia, I see that you're trying to make me feel better but it's not helping. I have followed Dr Ghada from location to location for the past 5 years. She has the biggest heart, is SO knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen. She goes above and beyond every single time. To know her is to love her, and her eye for precision and aim for perfection is just the icing on the cake!!!

I have been a patient here for a couple months. It is easy to get an appointment and the staff and doctor are wonderful and do an amazing job. There be office in Pacific Beach (4606 Mission Bay Dr.) is clean spacious and has plenty of free parking.
