Update, Heidi the office manager got back to me and was very helpful. Carina and Amy also followed up with me. There were some issues with emergencies and miscommunications over the past two weeks, which is why I was having difficulty getting through. However, after the team followed up with me, it is understandable and I am satisfied that my situation is being addressed appropriately. Prior to this, the office was always quick, efficient, and courteous in all my dealings with them.

I made an appointment for the La Jolla office on 8/20 for 12:30 pm as a new patient and they knew I was a new patient. The person I talked to did not advise me that I would need to pay for parking and that this practice does not validate parking. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET as I was not able to stay for my appointment as I would not have enough money to pay for parking. I live paycheck to paycheck and in addition I am new to San Diego so I do not know the area. All new patients should be told that there is paid parking and that this practice does not validate parking.
