South Park Yoga has an amazing variety of classes, from vinyasa to yin to somatic and yoga with poetry. The instruction is wonderful (I learn something new and powerful in every class) and at the same time the teachers leave space for the students to practice at their own pace and adjusting poses to fit their particular needs. This is a very kind and warm community and I look forward to discovering more of their offerings and workshops.

Great experience so far. I have come 2xs to Ariana’s Vinyasa class on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings. Her teachings I love 1) because of the variations of movements or holds she offers for beginners, intermediates, and advance people. You can literally make tweaks to your movement/holds to meet your desired level, and 2) because she sets a good pace to provide a good amount of movement/variation within the class time - not too much, not too little. I leave feeling really good for the price. Will be coming again.

South Park Yoga is a warm, non-judgemental space the welcomes all ages and all levels of yoga. I love getting to connect with neighbors before and after class. This is a very special studio. There is something for everyone. Make sure to ask the desk staff which type of classes you prefer or check out several different teachers. I love the more challenging classes, like Jano's vinyasa with a sanskrit chant and Heather's expressive, flowing vinyasa where she offers a variety of levels. Her dance flow is a joy, for yogis looking... read full review
