I have a friend who borrowed someone's car and then took it in to get a title loan. Then they quit making the payments on the title loan. What exactly can she do about this? The person who owns the car is wondering what's going on with the title and why does the loan company keep calling them. Then the other girl is trying to get a job so she can get pay the transfer fee and get the lien transferred over to the original owner. I'm not sure this is the best course of action, though. Isn't the first girl responsible for all payments made concerning the automobile in question? And can the lien follow the car even if the repo guy picks it up? They were... read full review
