I can’t say enough good things about Lisa and the entire crew at Geneva Flooring in San Diego! From start to finish, they made our flooring project an absolute breeze. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect flooring that matched our style and budget. The installation team was professional, punctual, and did a flawless job. We had a great experience with Geneva from the start. They had exactly the type of engineered wood that we wanted in their showroom and the estimate for costs and time to install were reasonably accurate. They were able to schedule installation during 3 weeks that worked for us and despite unexpected difficulties removing the old wood floor, we could move back in on time. Communication was great, Steve kept us informed about progress in between. Craftmanship was excellent, there are no holes or cracks or crooked corners, the floor looks just perfect. We are very happy.
