Jonny, the sales rep, and Joe Sotelo, the customer service rep, were both great to work with. There were a couple of hiccups where I had to insist the job be done correctly without additional charges for something that was communicated upfront. Fortunately, Joe worked with me to ensure my concerns were addressed and that I wasn’t charged extra. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to make things right.
AFTER ONLY 1 MONTH SINCE NEW ROOF WAS COMPLETED, I CANNOT SAY HOW GOOD THE ROOFING WILL BE IF and WHEN WE EVER GET A GOOD HARD RAIN! I CAN SAY THAT THE SALES PITCH WAS STRONG, SLIGHTLY MISLEADING AND WORSE, I WAS BARRED FORM GETTING ANY ADDITIONAL QUOTES TO COMPARE.

I contacted Genesis for assistance with purchasing touch up paint for my existing cool wall system. I spoke to Alan who informed me that the components for the cool wall system is only sold to licensed installer and not to consumers. He said they could give me an estimate for a whole house install but since my needs were only cosmetic, it may not be cost or time worthy. I appreciate the honesty of Alan and him not pressuring for an upscale. I will recommend Genesis to anyone seeking the variety of services they offer.
