We took our computer in for hard drive replacement & software installation. In addition to this, I worked with Rodrigo remotely for a Quickbooks installation. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable. He persevered with me until he was able to fix the issue and got our business back up and running quickly. I came here to repair my MS Surface Book. It was about the CPU running at lower speed than usual. They could fix it by replacing the power board. I had gone to uBreakiFix before and they had not been able to fix it. These guys are more competent for sure.

Great service! They gave me a good deal on my new screen and battery. The battery the manufacture sent to them was defective, so after I let them know they replaced it free of charge in one business day. It was extremely fast and now my computer is working better than when I originally had it. Not to mention they always had a smile on their face.
