We had a wonderful experience with Gary and his team for a remodel of the front of our house and the primary bathroom. They were prompt, dealt with all our concerns, interfaced professionally with the city and our engineers and minimized the time delays caused by unforeseen conditions. We started with a sewer line that needed to be replaced, which left us with a hole in the floor. We decided to tear two bathrooms down to studs (and while we were at it replace our 1950s hallway cabinets). Gary's team gave us a 6-week schedule that he beat, and he had workers here every day getting it done. He's a great communicator and is very knowledgeable about construction and building codes, so he kept things moving while keeping us in the loop the entire way. Finding a contractor can be a difficult and scary process; you hear horror stories about people taking your money, doing sloppy work, not being on time, etc. Gary and his team were an absolute dream and I would recommend him to anyone. I really couldn't be happier - he was consistently on time and always available to answer questions. He was beyond organized with his pricing, change orders, and even helped with some of the design by giving me some construction insight.
