The staff goes above and beyond to ease the painful process, being reachable 24/7 and responding right away. They are transparent, extremely helpful, and reassuring, keeping families in the loop at all times. They explain the process step by step and are ready for anything needed. The place is clean, the flowers are beautiful, and prices are decent. While there is no dedicated parking, street parking is available. They handle transfers and paperwork, including with consulates, and are easy to communicate with. The service is very good with excellent, friendly treatment.
