I set an appointment with them for last week. They gave me a 2 hour window for when they'd arrive. We changed our whole day to work around this appointment. They didn't show up until an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time. We waited and they showed up 5 minutes after we left (we have cameras). I got a message the next day saying they would reschedule and for me to pick a time for them to come. Their preference is tues-thurs 10-12, so i picked tues at 10. Nobody confirmed and nobody came. I have not heard from them in 6 days.
Love this company!! They've done our carpets twice and they look amazing each time. We are so happy with the services they provided. Customer service was also on point, super friendly and professional. Miguel schedule us in last minute before thanksgiving. I highly recommend this company!
This company really impressed me! I called to get my carpet repaired since my dog damaged it. The gentleman I spoke sent someone the same day to repair the carpet and charged me a good price. I was really happy and was able to get my deposit back. I would highly recommend this business !
