Vianca & Theo took great care of us. From scheduling with Vianca to Theo cleaning our carpet. We were provided with exceptional service from beginning to end. Having two kids & a husband, our carpet was looking mighty dirty. But with their help, our carpet looks brand new now. My family and I highly recommend these guys.

I've been working w J&C since 2016. I've been managing different apt buildings and they always have my back. The reps I've worked w are Denise and Kevin, which both are amazing and super responsive. I call or email to set up scheduling and they work fast and the crew always cleans up behind them. My appts are always on time. The work is always done right. They ask for every single detail when scheduling to make sure it's done right and that there is no back and forth. If there's an emergency, and nothing is available, I ask for updates if there are any cancellations and sometimes I'm just so lucky that there is, I feel like I'm always first in line. Although I never met them, the phone reps seem to always remember me which is awesome (Mireya)! The ONLY thing that might have room for improvement is the billing. I wish I received my invoices faster, since CA only gives us 21 days to complete a move out and send invoices to the past tenant. But I just ask for the invoice and they send it to me within 24-48 hours. Their crew members are pretty great! They work hard and know what they're doing. I had to replace carpet in an occupied unit and the resident could not get over how friendly the guys were and how quick. And especially that they cleaned up after themselves.
