Forte cleaned our building for years but we recently had to unexpectedly part ways. A few months after our annual contract renewed and budgets were set for the year, they reached out informing us that they would be increasing our rate by 40%. It's worth noting, we had a one-year contract that they violated by applying this increase. They did give us a few months to decide if we wanted to pay the increase or find an alternative vendor. We offered to pay the increase once the current term ended since our budget was already set for the year, but they declined. Not sure if breaking contract to charge clients more is standard business practice of theirs, but we decided not to stick around to find out. I understand the need to increase rates to pace with inflation, but it needs to be done before renewal, not by breaking contract mid-term.

Forte was extremely professional and Minnie was a great point of contact initially to do an in-person walkthrough at my 2000 sq ft office/warehouse combo. Their rate was competitive and the servicing was top-notch. Would highly recommend.

These guys spam your online website submission form with a "RESPOND WITH STOP TO OPTOUT." message. I'm not sure how you can opt out of an online contact form that they had to submit (either bot or human). The IP address originates from Pakistan -- obviously some shady spamming service. Terrible business tactics.
