We have used floor medics many times now, and we are just so pleased with the outcome when our carpets are cleaned! Mark is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his profession, carpets look like new! Certainly makes a difference when seeing the type of equipment that is used, understanding the depth of cleaning the machinary is capeable of! In the past we have had stains also cleaned by floor medics on rugs and sofa, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thank you to Floor Medics for a great job yet again! Jason is very helpful and he goes above and beyond of what is needed. I had a very dirty tenant and he even consulted with his lawyer service to see what I could do legally. Jason is the kind of person that cares more than just business. He did great cleaning the balcony from dog feces!
