I highly recommend Flot. My son, nephew, sister-in-law and I have all used them. It does wonders for stress and muscle soreness. I have severe, chronic back pain and an hour float left me pain free for several hours after. Additionally, I find it incredibly meditative and soothing. The staff is excellent and kind. The facilities are clean and terrific.
I've been to multiple float spas and this has become my go-to. The spa is located below ground, so it's quiet which allowed me to get a full sensory deprivation experience. The staff (specifically Trisha) has been phenomenal and communicative. Her relaxed energy adds to the spa experience.
Overall love the flot experience! So much so I became a member. Availability can be limited due to them closing their North Park location so be sure to book ahead! If any x as scheduling issues come up their customer service is very accommodating. The employees are all very kind and positive as well.
