I have 2 systems. One is 14 years old and all I have done is replace the inner tank at 12 years. The other unit is new and in a different home. I am VERY pleased with the both systems. Also, FilterCon is always super easy to work with and very helpful if technical support is needed. They answer every question. GREAT PRODUCT!!!
