So I just got an email today from their office administrator Gerry right before they closed at 5pm saying that they can’t take my case. This is after two Months of waiting for them to get paperwork from my former job . All they did was a phone consultation just to be told after (today) they cannot take my case. Then they have the audacity to tell me to hurry up due to statute of limitations. Do not give these people a once of your time. They want quick easy cases, they don’t care about you as a person just what they can litigate. Also they can’t even refer you to another attorney that can take your case. These guys are a joke.

This is the most thorough attorney office I have contacted for my current issue. They gave more time and care than any other place I called. What I appreciate is them allowing to tell me if I even have a case before requesting a consultation fee. Other places I contacted wouldn’t even talk unless I was ready to pay a fee to consult. Obviously that is not feasible for someone who just lost their job. With Ferraro Vega, it was different as they are straight to the point, requesting records from my employer and reviewing them promptly without expecting a fee until you’re for sure you have a case. It made me finally feel heard at a time of shock, confusion and despair. That alone is important as it makes me feel like a human rather than a dollar sign.
