I chose Featheringill because it was family owned and NOT a part of a huge conglomerate. They did not disappoint. They were very caring, sensitive and understanding. They did not take advantage of my grief but instead took great care to answer my needs. When I changed my mind about an urn engraving they were most responsive and kind. They put me at ease that it wasn't a problem and could be easily remedied. The same went for amending the online obituary. I need to change something and couldn't. They immediately repaired it for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Featheringill for their services.
