Keith and his team did the maintenance/repairs for my HVAC system to ensure proper and optimal performance, starting with our consult over that phone, which included recommendations and explaining in the scope of work, estimate. Great updates via text, arrived on time and completed all work same day, cleaning up after the job. Keith really cares about his work and is more than happy to help out and follow up should you have questions/concerns afterward. It's refreshing dealing with someone like this and so is all that icy goodness being delivered from my AC!

Air condition needs? You have to call Keith Murphy of Fabulous Homes Heating and Air. He recently replaced the entire AC unit in the condo that I rent; great communication, timely, patient, friendly/caring, knowledgeable, hard worker (especially in the heat we've been having lately) ~ just an overall great human! When I had an issue on the weekend and asked him to call me and, hopefully, walk me through the problem, he came over and fixed it prior to his trip out-of-town for the weekend (which he truly deserves ~ time away from the job and to relax). Such a Super Man!

I hired Keith Murphy, owner of Fabulous Homes in 2019 to install 2 mini splits. They did such a fabulous job that in 5 years I haven't had one problem or concern. In fact, the batteries in the remotes are still working! I found Fabulous Homes to be a professional, reliable and reasonable company and would have them do more work for me if I needed. I highly recommend them!

Our furnace went out, of course during the coldest times in SD County, and Keith came out same day, in the evening, even though he had a full schedule that day. He immediately diagnosed the problem, gave us several options and ways to go knowing this was an unexpected expense for us. At first we opted to have him replace the parts, but then after some discussion, my husband and I decided with the age of the furnace we should probably have Keith replace with a new one. We received a few quotes (from some highly advertised companies in SD County) and were shocked at some of the other outrageous quotes we were receiving. Happy to report that Keith not only has great service, a master at what he does, AND has the best prices around town!

Keith was professional and courteous in all his interactions. He was never pushy and answered any questions I had with expert level knowledge. I ended up upgrading / adding onto the services requested after my own research and comfort with Fabulous Homes. My confidence was well placed and everything is running great. His attention to detail also shows with the work done. While the project ran over a few days, his team did not rush or cut corners. I highly recommend Keith / Fabulous Homes and would use them again. Fabulous Homes was Marvelous! First, they quoted us the best price for installing a new heat pump/cooling system in our condo. Often the best price means service suffers. Not so! Keith and Mark did a wonderful job installing our system. They fixed some problems that were there from the old system. Keith explained everything and they did extra work just because it was the right thing to do. Keith is a professional who knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.
