Coaches are incredible and so helpful, always motivating and making sure participants do the workout properly. They are helpful with correcting form, and some coaches even correct breathing. Participants appreciate how coaches push them to challenge their limits, encouraging them to lift heavier weights and test endurance while maintaining a supportive and motivational environment. The positive energy and passion for fitness are contagious, making even the most challenging workouts enjoyable. This is by far the best gym. Great gym and classes are always packed. Other gym goers are so friendly, often people will high five or fist bump each other at the end of the workout to celebrate showing up and getting a workout in.
I can’t recommend F45 Sorrento Valley highly enough - the workouts are great, the community is welcoming and the coaches are fantastic. I’m 100+ classes in and still loving it. I’ve visited eight other F45s all over the world and it’s clear that although the workouts are the same the experience can vary substantially - and the experience at Sorrento Valley is top notch because of the way Jefferson and the coaches show up.
I can’t say enough good things about F45 Sorrento Valley. I started in October 2023 after 8+ years of working out just a handful of times a month. I was always “too busy” or “too tired” and never made exercise or my health a priority. It wasn’t until joining this gym that I rediscovered my joy for movement and successfully incorporated exercise into my daily and weekly routine. I now work out 4-6 times a week without even thinking twice about it, and my mindset of “I have to workout” has completely switched to “I GET to workout” and “I can’t WAIT to workout.” It is the highlight of each day I get to go!

Have been coming here for the past 6 months, love the gym experience here! The workouts are challenging, but not too hard. The coaches are great. The workouts also keep changing, so it doesn't get boring.
