I just wanted to acknowledge the F45 North Park team (Taylor, Correy, and the rest of the fabulous team) for their amazing efforts to keep the workouts safe during Covid-19. For months I’ve attended the Saturday live, Zoom, Rooftop, and exceptional Rooftop Playground outdoor workouts. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating – to new and returning members – and they create a great sense of community. I always feel motivated to go. Highly recommend!

I am a middle aged overweight woman. local north park lady. discovered this gym in October 2020.
Erin sold me over the phone... loved her attitude and her way of making me feel ok to come to a young gym.
The trainers really work with me!

i am still going. I love it. Ive lost 10 pounds and look 25 now. Just kidding about looking younger😂
