F45 North park is truly one of my favorite gyms.The workouts themselves are tough (in the best way possible) but the trainers make it fun. Everyone from the front desk / trainers and other members are just incredible. Highly recommend if you're looking for a killer workout and also a great community to join, definitely try it out.

F45 North Park changed my life! I always hated sports growing up and often felt I was wasting my time at the gym because I didn't know what to do to get results. The coaches at F45 work with your fitness level and push you to achieve more than you ever thought you could. Plus, you don't have to stress about your program because it's already taken care of and the classes are only 45 mins. Coach Chris, David Kat and Ana are the best! I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to them. I tried other F45 locations and this one is by far the best.

As a dad who's no stranger to the occasional fear of injury, joining F45 Gym was a decision that did not come lightly. Yet from the moment I stepped through their doors those concerns began to melt away. F45 Gym isn't just about pushing the limits; it's about doing so responsibly. The trainers are very experienced who prioritize safety above all else. They took the time to understand my concerns and tailor workouts that challenge without risking injury. Its is a level of care and attention that I haven't experienced elsewhere. But it's not just the friendly trainers who make F45 special; it's the community.
