Coach Dave will look you dead in the eye and say “you’ve got this” while adding five more pounds like it’s a casual suggestion. Darlene brings the kind of energy that makes your 12:15pm lunch break feel illegal but worth it. And Eddie? Let’s just say he has a special talent for appearing right when you’re thinking about taking an “extended water break.”

This is more than a fitness class, it’s also body therapy! I’m a breast cancer survivor whom which is finding my build up post the treatment breakdown. Coach Cruz and Coach Riley are the BEST, help me believe I can, supportive friends now, and their fitness knowledge is incredible! Grateful to work out here ♥️
