The removal of roofing and new shingles price was comparable to 2 other quotes except the other 2 companies wanted another 50% to nail plywood over existing 1x10’s because of warranty on the shingles. And their labor warranty was only 1 year. Exclusively has a 2 year warranty and they nailed shingles to existing 1x10’s and replaced bad wood. Exclusively Roofing didn’t require payment until job was done. The other bids required some money up front. The roofers were friendly and responsive.
