They made it really quick and easy to order tile and pick up. I was able to pick up two days after ordering.I wish they let contractors just order over the phone though so you don’t have to drive all the way there.

I just went to buy all my tiles for my remodeling and had the best experience with Taylor . He was so helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the products that I was I interested in . The store has a great selection and very competitive price . Taylor found me exactly what I was looking for and made my day . Thanks Taylor for all your help !

Popped in to Emser to check out options on bathroom shower tile and saw some wonderful options on display. They weren't quite what we were seeking, but after asking the very thoughtful and helpful CSR Vanessa a few questions, we stumbled on some surplus tile leftover from a big custom order that was pretty much what we looking for. I'd like to give a huge shoutout to Christina Loveall who took great care of us - I wish I knew the two guys names that were there too, everybody there was awesome and made me laugh, hard :^D. Will be back for more, for sure!!
