I needed a locksmith late at night. I called another supposedly 24-hour locksmith and got no answer. When I called El Cheapo Locksmith, Robert answered immediately and came to my rescue in about 15 minutes. He was terrific. Thank you, El Cheapo!!
My first locksmith experience and I can’t imagine a better experience. Robert answered right away, gave me a great price, and was here extremely quickly. Rob was very cordial in communicating really well about when he was on the way. He drove to my place within about 15 minutes and it took him about 4 minutes to open my door. I was locked out of my house and it was close to 9:00 p.m. at night so having someone who was clearly willing to help put me at ease during the time that I was waiting for him to arrive. By the time he got there I was in a really good mood and was not nervous or anxious. Rob was polite and caring and really good at his job and he deserves to be recognized for his good job!
