They helped me install a tricky panic bar with a trim piece that was discontinued. The people in the store were all extremely helpful and friendly helping me find the part. My technician was Jeff and he was awesome! We were really in a pickle as a door my company was painting broke while we were using the door. Highly recommend for any locksmith needs.

On 9-21-23, I decided to go to a local locksmith in Poway (Village Lock & Key) to support a local business. I had a minor issue involving 1 of 3 identical locks for my work cabinet. I had lost the original key and had another locksmith, Grah Safe & Lock, 20 miles away make new keys since I was in that particular area. I explained the problem to the Poway locksmith that I had with the lock & key, which was identical to 2 other locks on the same work cabinet.
