Contacting them to set up the appointment was a straightforward experience, and the technician they sent out was pleasant and professional. He did end up having to drill the safe, but he tried a lot of other stuff first, and was clearly familiar with the model. Conscientious about cleanliness as well. Good experience, would definitely work with them again.
