Flowers were beautiful but the customer service was very disappointing. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. When we called about this several different times, we were assured (several different times) that the flowers had been delivered to the correct address and that we had just missed it and that the flowers must’ve been stolen, even when we told them we were waiting by the door for them and that the doorbell did not ring. They admitted to even calling the wrong number to complete the delivery yet were insistent that they had successfully delivered the flowers. The recipient walked over 3 kilometers all around their apartment complex trying to locate... read full review

Lady who works there so unprofessional, her attitude is like "why you are here" Well I wish I never come inside. And yes ,for sure not again cause she was not helpful at all.
