I'm up from Mexico so, naturally, my coded key broke and was lost on the floor of Trader Joe's in PB.Dup-A-Key was able to get me on the road again.Everyone was very professional and when the first guy did not have the proper equipment he made sure that as soon as the guy who did cleared his call that I got taken care of.I truly appreciate thier professionalism

Very happy with the customer service and overall experience. They quoted me over the phone and held true to the quote to reprogram my Lexus SUV key. There was no one in front of me and they had it done within 20 minutes. Really great experience. Thanks again!

Been there a few times for car fob programming, and house keys. I’ve always dealt with Dylan, and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable, honest, and does quick work. I’ll definitely come back for more work, aswell as refer out. ?
