Dualtone Muffler Brake and Alignment

I just moved to San Diego and I don't know too many people here. I had to put my faith in Yelp to get my car serviced. Just like any reviews, Dualtone received mixed reviews, but they are all generally positive. Yelp did not disappoint me this time. The shop is clean, easy to access, and the people are friendly. Angel, the person who took care of me was very helpful and honest. He did not try to push or sell anything that I don't need. He did found a leak in my car, but was honest enough to tell me to try to call my former mechanics to see if that particular part is still under warranty. The service was fast and smooth. I would highly recommend getting your car serviced at Dualtone.

I was referred to Dualtone by the Discount Tire up the street, where my wife's Tesla was getting a crack in her wheel welded. As someone who typically works on my own truck, I was feeling lazy and decided to give Dualtone a shot. Best decision I've made this year! I had the great pleasure of meeting Greg today at Dualtone. I've lived in San Diego for the better part of a decade and am kicking myself for never taking my truck here. The staff did an amazing job at fixing the camber along with an alignment and balancing on my Tacoma. I was welcomed into the shop and immediately I knew I was in good hands here. I'd like to thank Greg for the great hospitality and conversation. Next up, brake pads a rotors!

Came in for an alignment and an oil change. The manager Greg was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through what they did very clearly and was careful to make sure I understood and felt good about their service. Additionally it was a much better price than If I would have went to the dealer. I will definitely be back in the future. 5 stars
