She’s very quick and efficient, and the pricing is affordable. However, the girl at the front desk was a bit off-putting. She never asked for my insurance information when I checked in, but when it was time to pay, I mentioned that I had insurance and shouldn’t be charged the full amount. She responded with an attitude and said I should have told her earlier.

That’s something the front desk should be asking patients upon arrival, rather than assuming they are self-pay.

Excellent experience with Dr. Nguyen. Second time I see her in a 3 year time span and she's always very professional. I made an appointment with her and showed up on time, she received me on time, performed the eye exam and I was very satisfied. Her front desk staff is also very efficient. I would recommend her.
