First of all, I had retained an attorney that my mom used for an accident a few years ago. (My accident was almost 2 years ago) after 4-6 months of having that attorney, mind you I got hit by a drunk driver with a newborn in my car, the attorney that I had “suddenly had a family emergency and was no longer able to represent me” and handed me off to Arthur D’egidio. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had sooooo much anxiety from postpartum and from the accident itself.
