I got a shag haircut and highlights by Cecilia and I legit have been getting complimented EVERYDAY!! I love it. She literally gave me exactly what I asked for. Could not recommend Ceci as a hair stylist more. I’m trying to grow out my hair and she cut the perfect amount!! During our consultation she recommended a deep conditioning treatment and connecting my grown out chin length bangs to my layers. Both things I hadn’t thought of but so glad she recommended. I told her I had a work event the next day and she gave me the best blowout!! Not exaggerating I had a stranger come up to me and she said my hair looked so beautiful :’) thank you Ceci!!
