Have an old house built in the 20s with a planned addition, it was hanging on by a thread but had Larry come by and we came up with a good game plan at a reasonable price. Special shoutout to Miguel on the crew, he did most of the heavy lifting on this job by himself, showed up everyday on time, always in a good mood, and did an incredible job. He takes pride in his work and his energy was always welcome at my home. Solid company with solid people, 5star!

I called 3 foundation repair companies to come and assess new, big cracks that appeared in the walls/ceiling of my home in the last 6 months. Larry from Craftsman Foundation Repair just left. He walked the perimeter of my home, inspected the cracks inside and looked at the crawl space (it's a very tight squeeze, and he didn't need to go inside the crawl space).
Fortunately, I don't need foundation work done. Larry made a couple of suggestions to bolster the water drainage around the perimeter and add a rain gutter. He also explained how the drainage could impact the foundation in the longer term and how I can extend the need for repairs... read full review

I am a real estate agent and am in a position to refer foundation repair companies to my clients. I usually give them three references to choose from. Recently I needed a complete foundation job done on my own 1920s era home and chose Craftsman Foundation Repair to do the three week job. Larry's price was very competitive and the work of his crew was tremendous.
