I was very fortunate to call Core Plumbing for an issue with my hot water heater. Tori was very kind and helpful. She listen to me and understood my problem. She had a great guy come to my home Timothy. He listen and checked out my water heater. Explained what was going on with it. I was given the best and correct advice on where and what to do next. I recommend that whole heartedly.
My insurance company raised my deductible to $10,000 unless I installed an automatic water shutoff valve. I called Core plumbing. Grant came out the same day and provided an estimate. I accepted it and work was completed the next day. The plumber and helper were quick and clean leaving a tidy installation.
Grant kept us very informed throughout the process and was very knowledgeable. They came out quickly and persisted in trying to find a solution to a tricky problem with a leak in the piping from the street main to the house.
