Great experience! This was my first time hiring movers and I was looking for a deal. Their quote came in the lowest and the most honest (plus, they provided 4 wardrobe boxes for us!) We hired 4 movers from Coast 2 Coast on a hot Saturday and they were EXCELLENT. The owner (Donal) was there to lead the entire move and direct his team. The whole team wore masks (because of Covid-19. The poor guys, they must've been so hot, but they were dedicated to safety and protocol), and they communicated with each other and with us really well. Donal is a phenomenal leader, we overheard him praising his team and being grateful to them all day creating a really positive environment despite the heat of the day and the big job. We moved a 3/3 with garage to a 2/2 with no garage and we had many large items that they handled very well. I'm so grateful that they wrapped every item with moving blankets and shrink-wrap to protect it all - even the couch, wingback chair, literally everything. We had an Ikea bookshelf that was (admittedly) put together poorly and was on it's last legs, plus it wasn't a priority to fit into our new home. Donal ended up comping us for the cost of it and took responsibility for disposing of it himself (we were so relieved and grateful). Later the night after the move, we discovered we left some shelves to our tv stand behind so we called Donal and he delivered them first thing in the morning in perfect condition. This was an excellent experience. The crew was fun and we were all laughing and getting to know one another. They even honored our desire to keep our carpets cleaned by buying brand new carpet covering to stick to the floor to make the move easier and not walk on the carpets. I wish this company did more things because I want to hire them for literally everything. Do they detail cars? Do they paint walls? Can they hang my tv? Because the level of excellence that they operate in is incredible. They were all hard workers, not a single person complained about anything (no one even said "it's hot today" and it really was!) literally only positive things came from all of them and it made our experience excellent. So grateful to Donal, his wife Jessica (who is quick to communicate and solutions-oriented), and their team. I will forever recommend them to anyone and we will absolutely be using them again.
We might have only moved a few blocks away in MB but we felt like Donal and Tyler from Coast 2 Coast went above and beyond for us. Jessica, Donal's wife was quick to respond with an estimate and also took care of all the planning. We could not have asked for a better company, showed up on time,upbeat attitude and handled everything as it was their own. If you are looking for a moving company look no further.
