I love this salon for pedicures. They do a great callous removal. Add it on and see!

Not what it used to be. The ladies are nice but don't understand or do what you ask for. They seem to just pad the bill without asking or telling you what the extras will cost. If you just want straight up one color, you should be fine

My girl Phi. No one can compare to her and I go to A LOT of nail salon, I always find myself going back to her. Love her work and how she meticulously cleans my nails. She does my manicure and pedicure so well!!!! Go to her, although she is always busy. My girl Phi will give you the best massage as well!!!

Found them on maps. Went with a friend. We chatted for an hour over a glass on wine and left with pretty feet! Great pedicure. I made my future appt before I left.

I did a dip powder manicure with Karen today and she's amazing! I highly highly recommend her! She's smart, educated, and she pays attention to the details!

This salon cares more about squeezing money out of customers than actually providing a good experience. The nail techs do good work, but ownership has clearly lost sight of what customer service means—for both clients and their staff. I’ve been coming here for years, but after this visit, I won’t be back.
I came in for a dip manicure and gel pedicure and brought my two young daughters with me. I asked for simple polish on their hands and toes and even offered for them to share a chair since they’re small. I was told no chairs were available, yet there was at least one open the entire hour-plus I was there.
Instead, they were placed on a hard bench in the walkway—completely uncomfortable for them, and visibly awkward for the nail techs. The polish took less than 10 minutes total, and I was charged $40 for it. Despite spending nearly $200 with tip, they offered zero remedy or acknowledgment for the poor experience.
When asked how the service was, I said mine was fine but that my daughters were uncomfortable. I explained I could’ve done their nails at home, but brought them for the experience—which they absolutely didn’t get. The owners gave nothing but excuses. They ask how your experience was, but clearly don’t care about the answer. It’s all about the money, not the customer.

I brought my daughter to Chroma Nails for a manicure and pedicure, and what happened was completely unacceptable. The staff cut her fingers during the service, and when she reacted, they actually yelled at her. My daughter called me in tears because of how she was treated.
There is absolutely no excuse for yelling at a customer, especially after injuring them. This is both a safety issue and a customer service failure of the worst kind.
I will never return to this salon and strongly advise others to avoid it. There are many other nail salons that treat their customers with basic respect and professionalism.
