Christina is an incredible acupuncturist. She is truly special. She takes the time to understand what’s going on and works with so much care and love. I always feel like I am in cloud when I leave. I highly recommend. She’s as good as it gets.

I went because I have had severe pain in my wrist. After 3 sessions I am literally pain free. I honestly recommend Christina she is professional and an amazing human being. Very caring person.

I have been seeing Christina Bird for a few years now and she is absolutely amazing. What I love about Christina is that she does a thorough health check and asks about any areas (current and new) that you will need work on. She is also knowledgeable about human anatomy and how your body works (I am curious too, so I ask questions). Christina is personable, professional and so sweet. In addition to acupuncture, she gives the best massages after and teaches me tips on stretching my lower back. Highly recommend!!!!

At Christina Bird Acupuncture, I am here to support you on your healing and self-care journey. Combining my background in injury rehabilitation and personal training, I use my acupuncture and massage to nourish your entire being: physically, mentally, and emotionally. The soothing sensory experience of my treatment room supports your relaxation through subtle lighting, comfortable ambient temperature, as well as music and white noise to allow you to detach from the outside world. I perform light acupressure on each point before gentle needle insertion, and regularly check in with how you are feeling. After removing the needles, you will receive 15 minutes of massage, and we end the session with guided stretching.
