I just love Dr Spinato! I travel from Arizona ...there is no one else like him. I haven't found a chiropractor that uses the technique that Dr Spinato does. He has a holistic approach, I have been in pain with my back, carpal tunnel down my arm. With his adjustments, I am healed. I no longer have any of those issues. Truly, an amazing doctor. I had lower back pain and achiness in my hip and leg on and off for a couple of years. I would try doing different stretches and Advil to get relief. It never truly went away. I went in to see Dr. Dan and after one treatment I feel so, so much better! I didn't even realize the problem was causing tightness in my neck and stiffness in my ankle. And those both feel 100% better too. I have a few more treatments to make sure the problem does not return. It's amazing how you can go through life with these nagging pains. Well, I don't have to suffer anymore. I am so thankful for Dr. Spinato and his whole team. The office staff and Dr. Chloe was so welcoming, and the overall experience was such a blessing.

I love my visits to SDISC!The office has a warm and friendly vibe with a wonderful support staff.Dr. Chloe truly makes my life better by helping me manage all of my aches and pains.Within hours of a treatment my body relaxes and feels stronger, with less pain.I'm truly grateful for Dr. Chloe's treatments, professionalism, kindness and support while helping me on the path of wellness.She also continually shares valuable information about my health and wellbeing so that I'm more informed.I can't imagine life without my angel Dr. Chloe

Dr. Spinato receives 100 stars.... but, Yelp allows 5 stars (: He's changed the trajectory of my life with migraines. If it wasn't for Dr. Spinato I would be lost and suffer terribly. He's smart, he cares, he's extraordinarily talented and I'm so very grateful for him. Plus the entire staff is wonderful! Dr. Chloe is amazing, as well! Highly recommend this chiropractor office - undoubtedly the very best in San Diego!

Dealing with Fibromyalgia for the last 2 decades, I have seen multiple health practitioners with subpar results. And even my experiences with chiropractors have been lackluster. My body being so sensitive to touch and even adjustments, made it incredibly hard to take on most bodywork. That is until I came across Nucca chiropractors. However, I was ready for more than just a neck-focused adjustment, due to other body injuries and issues. Dr Lightner was referred to me when my previous Nucca chiropractor moved to a different state. And by far, I have improved and noticed a huge difference in lessened pain and increase in movement, in the shortest amount of time. You won't have the same repetitive adjustments each time you see her, especially if you are able to tell her exactly where your pain points are flaring at the time of visit. She was able to also address old childhood foot injuries from Ballet that apparently, were affecting my hips and lower back when I walked. I have not seen Dr Spinato personally, but Dr Lightner's sensitivity to touch and attention-to-detail care suits my body perfectly. You don't need an old school adjustment with loud cracks to deem effective, which I have seen in other practices over the years (in fact, I think those type of adjustments are downright dangerous...but I digress). I am grateful for her care and always look forward to seeing her when I have flare-ups. If you need a different resolution from pain medication, I highly recommend Dr Lightner. A pain free life is possible with consistent care!

At 75 years old I thought I'd just have to continue the rounds of physical therapy for my back and plantar fasciitis. Dr. Spinato was recommended to me by 2 dear friends with much worse back issues. After 1.5 years I am walking feeling grounded, my foot is much better, my back is better, I sleep better and now I understand what spine alignment is really about! Now, we're fine tuning my back, as I heal new issues are revealed and resolved.

Dr. Spinato is more than a chiropractor. As someone else here said, he's a very intuitive practitioner who gets at the root of the problem. I drive a long distance to see him, and trust him wholeheartedly. I highly recommend him.
