My 2nd session here was great! Brette was awesome!! She made us feel calm, she was thorough in her explanation of what one would experience in the session! My experience in the chamber was great and I feel relaxed but energized at the same time!! The 3 minutes felt amazing, just what my body needed! I would recommend this for my 80 year old grandmother or 18 year old daughter!

My husband and I have been coming here for years...and every visit has been exceptional. We have tried many of the services including the cryo chamber, spot treating with cryo, compression boots and body fat testing!! As you can see, we are hooked. This company is fabulous from the owner....hey Kyle, to all of the employees. Special thank you to Donna for being a wonderful human being! And guess what???? They also just bought CycleBar next door, which we also belong to and they are offering specials for members. This place is absolutely amazing! My body was feeling super sore today and I decided to checkout Chiltonic in Hillcrest after a friend recommended it! It is in a perfect location and easy to get to! The team here is so welcoming and really made me feel comfortable! I started with a CryoTherapy session (MY FIRST TIME) and I LOVED it soooo much! They talked me through it in details and it was a game changer. The moment I got out my body FELT AMAZING!!!! I cannot wait to do it again! After this I did the compression boots for lymphatic drainage and really got to release all the tension in my legs! Being a fitness instructor my body needs all the recovery it can get!
