Christian was available to come to snake a clogged upstairs shower drain. He quoted a fair price in advance of arriving and honored that rate even though it took much longer to fix the issue. He had to approach the blockage from outside, as it was pretty severe!Very reasonable and prompt. Definitely hire him again!

Never been happier to write a review for a business. Christian helped me take care of drain issues in one of the bathrooms sink and in the kitchen sink. Since I contacted Chase Plumbing and Drain and spoke to Christian I knew I was talking directly with the person that was going to do the job and we discussed different approaches to fix the issue and rough estimates just so I can know what to expect. It's a 5 out of 5 for me. Christian visited this morning to take care of a slow drain in one of our bathrooms and he was just perfect. Polite, professional, pleasant, and very swift. He truly went above and beyond showing me what was wrong with the drain and how to possibly prevent issues in the future. I truly appreciated his kindness and thoroughness.
