Dr. Chen and his team were wonderful. I saw four other surgeons before deciding on Dr. Chen, and I want to share what stood out to me the most. For starters, his bedside manner left quite an impression on me — he is humble, knowledgeable, and talented to say the least. I expressed concerns about my breast anatomy and he understood and executed my vision.
His team is very welcoming, personable, and accommodating. When I voiced that I was still unsure about my implant size a week before surgery, they quickly ordered the additional sizes I wanted so I could make my decision with Dr. Chen on surgery day.
