I'm appalled at the "care" I received at the Dermatology office today. I arrived for an urgent appointment with a deep tissue skin infection by my eye, and only upon arrival was I informed my insurance wouldn't cover the visit. They made me pay $125 out of pocket, had me wait over an hour past my appointment time, AND THEN DIDN'T SEND MY PRESCRIPTION TO THE PHARMACY BEFORE THEY CLOSED. I spent two hours of my day getting absolutely no help; I went there for the antibiotics and they will be closed until two days from now on Monday. I will NEVER be back. DO NOT TRUST THIS DERMATOLOGY OFFICE. I will be reporting to the BBB.

The most unprofessional office and dr My family doctor referred me to this office for dermatology‘s. I called them and I set up the appointment with them. And they already verify my insurance to Two days later they called me and they canceled my appointment and I said OK. A week later they called me and they confirm my appointment which I called them back to make sure with them the lady said I’m sorry we can reschedule you and they rescheduled me for today which is a Friday and asked asked me to be there at 1 PM. I was there at 1 PM but the door was closed all the way to 1:30 PM anyway they ask me to fill out the paperwork. After I’m done with them they...read full review

My primary care doctor of 35 years passed away suddenly. He was an Amazing, caring family doctor, but being reassigned to the only doctor left at this center, Dr. Saifi, has been a disaster. He’s arrogant and has a horrible bedside manner. I waited for nearly an hour to even see him, then he gave me 5 minutes of his time, which resulted in nothing but frustration. He doesn’t listen to you, just bragged about how he was on the Sharp TV commercial! He can’t begin to fill the shoes of my former doctor. He said he would refer me out to another specialist to tend to my needs but the referral was for the wrong doctor, so now I have to wait for who knows how long to find...read full review
