I have worked with multiple physical therapist at the catalyst office in Mission Valley over the past three monthsand have not had a single bad experience. They use a multimodal approach to healing and recovery that has worked amazingly for my neck issues. Because of their program I have been able to avoid spinal surgery, which was my ultimate goal!
Hello, I went to the Catalyst Opening Day over 10 years ago. I am always receiving great service, supportive attitude, and a healthy atmosphere. Lately, my neck and shoulders have been getting orthopedic services. Great staff of Christina, Peter, and Tiffany. I will return again and I always recommend Catalyst P.T. and Wellness by Brian Wilson.
